Reports say that CID officers started a mission of burring the conspiracy of President and Gota assassination. This was reported by Mr. Namal Kumara who is the operations director of Anti-Corruption Force. He said all the details would be revealed in the future.

He further said that, that is the situation of slowing down the investigations of this conspiracy of assassination.

He added that a website said he made a conspiracy to kill a government security chief and it had been revealed in checking of voice records in Hong Kong. He said this is a planning of the CID to bury the original case.

He questioned how the website gets the CID investigation details. Authorities have to check further, he added.

Mr. Namal said that CID says the subjected security chief is the commander of the Police STF, ASP M.R. Lathief.

He said, former DIG Nalaka de Silva tried to get Mr. Lathief out and DIG discussed that with him. He added, he recorded all the conversation to catch is conspiracy. He added, he delivered the tape to the CID for investigation at the first.

Finally he said there was nothing to reveal at Hong Kong.
