Miss Samitha Samanmalee who was a medical student had permanently disabled of an accident at BMICH. This was at the BMICH where there was an exhibition and she went to see it. Suddenly felt a bokern shelter to her and she went disabled permanently and could not walk. She appealed compensation for her damage from BMICH. Today the 27th February 2015 Colombo Disctict Judge Mr. Pradeep Hettiarachchi
order BMICH to pay her 187 million rupees as a compensation for the damage finishing the judgement. She is a Doctor now.
