Mrs. Chandrika Kumarathunga decided to propose to President Mr. Sirisena to cancel the SLFP membership of Several members of Joint Opposition including Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksha. She decided it on yesterday meeting of SLFP seniors at Ahungalle.

Mr. Mahinda Amaraweera, Duminda Dissanayake, Rejinold Kurei and Athavuda Senevirathne have joint with Mrs. Chandrika on this meeting.

They decided there to cancell the memberships of Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksha, Kumara Welgama, Bandula Gunawardena, Dalal Alahapperuma, Mahindananda Aluthgamage, Rohitha Abeygunawardena and Prasanna Ranathunga. Mrs. Kumarathunga and Mr. Duminda Dissanayake said to take this action before 28th of this month.

Mr. Mahinda Amaraweera has expose some objection and there Mrs. Kumarathunga said even have to dismiss the post of counsellor of Mr. Mahinda on SLFP and cancel the membership of other several members.

However meeting had end with no concurrence or agreement and finally decided to let President Mr. Sirisena to get the decision.
