Sri Lankan government has decided to import mineral oil from Iran again. They plan to import Iranian oil after removing the hindrance which stated for Iran. Yesterday Mr. Chandima Weerakkodi the Minister of Mineral Oil Industries and Iranina mineral oil minister has discussed about this deal.
The hindrance stated against the Iran since 2012 about the export and therefore Sri Lankan have to stop importing oil from there. Reports said that they will sign an agreement for this. Ministry of Mineral Oil Industries said that importing oil from Iran will be more profitable.
