Leaders of fishermen from various areas gathered to Negombo Yesterday (22) and formed a new political party specially for the fishermen. This party named as United Fisher People's Front. The symbol is the dolphin and the color is gold.



They appointed Mr. Herman Kumara as the National Leader, Mr. Antony Fonseka as the National Organizer and the Secretary and Rev. Bediwewa Diyasena Thero as the Adviser.
